We use digital chairs to clarify chairing a meeting. A chairman can start a conference just at the time or before the agreed time.
Change of meeting chairmans and participants
If the chairman or secretary wishes to select a different chairman just before the video meeting starts, these priority users can select a different (temporary) meeting chairman.
